GARY WINKLER

Gary specializes in financial analysis and systems development. He will conduct a thorough analysis of your property to help determine the right price and marketing strategy. Gary will handle all underwriting and analyze current market conditions to best position the listing. He is licensed in both Oregon and Washington.

Beth is the first point of contact for our clients. She focuses on business development and is our representative at networking events. She is the first person to call you when we have a new lead, and you will always hear the smile in her voice. Beth holds a real estate license for the State of Oregon and Washington.

Gary Winkler and Beth DuPont both come from multifamily investment families and have spent the majority of their careers in real estate. They bring a unique perspective to their investment brokerage practice.   First and foremost, they have in-depth knowledge of the Portland metro multifamily investment market.  They only represent one-side of a transaction, whether they are working with you, selling a property, or purchasing a property.  When they list a property, they always go directly to market and co-op with the brokerage community to get the highest sale price.
